Drop Shipping Terms.
 
All items must be sold at our suggested retail price. (Current prices can be found on our website. ) No discounts are permitted at any time. That includes holidays and special occasions. 
 
We do not sell to Ebay businesses. If you are selling on Ebay, you will not be permitted to open an account. If you are already a customer, your account will be suspended.
 
Crystal Mountain  pictures are only permitted to be used on the website that you have listed with us.
 
We own the rights to all of the pictures. They are not to be used for any advertising purposes without our prior written permission.

All figurines must be prepaid through Paypal. We do not offer credit.

You will receive 20% off the retail prices until you reach $500 in sales. Once you reach $500, your next order will receive a 30% o discount. Drop shipping accounts will not receive a discount of more than 30%.

If you want your name or information to appear on or in the boxes, you are required to provide us with shipping labels and inserts.

Prices are subject to change without notice. If pricing should change, you will be required to make those changes on your website with in 30 days.

 

SWAROVSKI COMPONENTS RULES:
Our figurines are made with Swarovski Crystal. If you want to use the Swarovski name.... Everything must state made with Swarovski crystal. In no way can you mislead your customer to think that these are Swarovski figurines. You are also NOT allowed to draw attention in any way to the Swarovski name. You cannot make it bold or a different color.
 
RETURNS

All crystal figurines are custom made. We do not generally accept returns. If you have a return request, please contact us. Returns will be handled on a case by case basis. This does not guarantee that we will accept the return. All return request must be made within 10 days. A credit will be given on all returns. We do not offer money back. A return address will be given at the time the return is requested.

DAMAGES

All of our figurines are fully insured against damages. If damages should occur, we will ship a replacement out once the original damaged item is returned. Please do not contact UPS on your own. Please call us for a Return Authorization number and a return address. All damaged items must be packaged exactly the way the arrived.  Figurines are package in a gift box. The gift box is pack within a double box. (one large shipping box with a smaller shipping box inside). To prevent additional damages, all broken pieces must be wrapped individually and placed back into it's gift box.

The laws of Pennsylvania will govern this agreement and venue. Any dispute will be in Allegheny County, Pa. In any dispute, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover fees and costs.
